Felino Lansigan
Felino P. Lansigan is a Professor of Agricultural and Environmental Statistics at the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) in the Philippines. He is also an affiliate Professor of Land and Water Resources at the UPLB College of Engineering and Agro-industrial Technology, and also an affiliate Professor at the UPLB School of Environmental Science and Management.
He obtained his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from UPLB in 1975 and 1977 respectively, and his Ph.D. degree from Colorado State University, USA in 1982. His research interests includes hydrology and water resources, agricultural and environmental statistics, vulnerability assessment and risk analysis of ecosystems, environmental impact assessments, and climate variability and climate change adaptations. Professor Lansigan is currently a Lead Author of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Working Group II Fifth Assessment Report.
